Lioness Kai vs Debbie Sun

Fans, let’s recap one of the matches on the undercard tonight. This battle pitted Debbie Sun, a newcomer to the WCF but a veteran of many ring wars, against the mysterious, immensely talented Lioness Kai. If you remember, Kai, a young fighter in her early 20’s, was brought to the WCF by former champ Cindy to be her partner after the fall of the Phoenix. However, now that Cindy’s career is in jeopardy, Kai appears to be alone. Let’s see how she responded.

Debbie came out with her guns blazing, but Kai was locked on her overmatched opponent.

Kai once again displayed moves unlike any fighter in the Federation.
Here, she catches Debbie’s kick, twists the knee and follows with a vicious uppercut to the solar plexus - all in a single motion!

Kai’s feet of fury were also on display with an onslaught of aerial moves performed to perfection!

Once it was clear that she was the superior warrior, Kai began to toy with Debbie - displaying a sadistic streak that we hadn’t seen before.
She must be learning from her fallen mentor, Cindy.

Kai’s nasty streak was also evident in her vast repertoire of submission holds.
This Crimean cross-face had Debbie screaming her lungs out! And, after 3 minutes of sheer torture, Debbie signaled that she was giving up.

But that wasn’t good enough for Kai. She continued to taunt the defeated veteran and began to turn the non-partisan crowd against her.
Still, Kai put on an amazing display of speed, power and brutality that makes her one to watch in the future!
